According to analysts; Bankia has the potential to raise nearly 70%.

Investing.com - Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) and Barclays (LON:BARC) see a potential bullish actions of Bankia (MC:BKIA) regarding the closing price of the session today of around 68% and 43%, respectively, according to two separate reports by both financial institutions.

This situation occurs while analysts of both firms have decided to lower the target price of the titles of the Madrid box. In particular, Morgan Stanley has reduced by 3.7% the target value for the Spanish bank of 1.35 to 1.30 euros, while Barclays has gone beyond 8%, has trimmed it from up to 1.10, 1.20 euros per share.
In both cases, both the New Yorker and the London firm maintain its Board of overweight.

Even in the event of a bearish scenario, in which economic recovery is arrears beyond 2016 and the intermediation of Bankia margin would be reduced at a rate of 4% over the coming years, Morgan Stanley believes that the target price of the securities of the company should not descend of 0.90 euros per share, nearly 17 per cent above its price closing at today's session.

In the opposite case, in which the recovery of the economy meant at the same time growth of credits, with an annual rise of the intermediation of the 4% margin, the titles of the company could move to 1.95 euros, which would lead to a revaluation of 1.53% compared to its current price.

Barclays scenarios, are much more optimistic in a bullish and most pessimistic in a bearish scenario. Below, in a hypothetical future where Bankia had to allocate more resources to provisions and strengthen its balance sheet, the entity titles could become 0.40 euros.

Conversely, if it improves the economy and fiscal conditions in such a way that it passed in an improvement of the benefits of the Bank, Barclays raises the price of the madrilenian entity up to 2.20, which would lead to almost triple (2.85 times) your current quotation.
